The Connect2 Community Network is the Community Information Exchange (CIE) being collectively developed by and for the people of King County, WA. The network's Draft Plan is now available for review and accepting comments until November 30, 2020 at 5pm.

What's in the Draft Plan?

Since July 2020, 75+ clinical and community partners have been actively contributing to co-design and collaborative planning activities for the Connect2 Community Network. HealthierHere, in partnership with Crisis Connections & WAServes, aggregated the input and also pursued conversations to learn from other CIEs across the country. The Draft Plan incorporates this aggregated partner input and relevant best practices.

The Draft Plan is now available for community review and comment. Partners are encouraged to share feedback about as much (or as little) of the plan as they like, and we've created a simple form to submit comments. Comments are due by 5pm on November 30, 2020.
