In our January meeting, members came together to provide thought partnership and feedback on the Network Partner workgroup’s purpose, benefits, and areas for improvement. This group input was instrumental in helping design an updated workgroup charter for 2025.
For the February 12th meeting, from 9:30-10:45AM, join us to review updates to the 2025 Charter and establish our Group Norms for the year. These living documents will determine the direction for our meetings this year, and we are looking forward to finalizing them together.
Following the Charter and Group Norms activity, participants will have an opportunity to hear from Jackie Siochi, Senior Programs Director, and Kara Reeder, Intake Coordinator with Acres of Diamonds, a low -income housing program in Duvall, WA. Acres of Diamonds works with mothers and children facing homelessness through longer term transitional housing, coaching and mentorship, and case management to help break the cycle of abuse, addiction, poverty, and other barriers mothers and children may face.
Don’t miss this opportunity to connect with fellow group members and this incredible community-based organization!

About the Network Partner Workgroup
Hearing from and sharing space with fellow community members only strengthens our collective work to achieve a healthier King County. As part of the Community Care Network’s learning and sharing spaces, the Network Partner Workgroup creates space for relationship building, gauging community needs, sharing community resources and care coordination innovations, and discussing needs related to the Community Information Exchange (CIE) and Connect2 technology. Meetings typically feature at least one organization highlighting their services in addition to input and guidance discussions. This open membership group is facilitated by HealthierHere staff.
Feedback, input, and community participation are invaluable to help create future workgroup meetings. If you are interested in learning more, sharing more about your organization, or uplifting a specific service/program during a future meeting, please reach out to Olivia Butkowski, Network Capacity Building Program Manager, at obutkowski@healthierhere.org.
