HealthierHere is proud to announce that Congolese Integration Network (CIN), Indian American Community Services (IACS) and FamilyWorks have joined theHealthierHere Community Hub as Case Management Partners. Together, these partnerships expand the Community Hub's ability to connect King County residents with culturally responsive, community-based support, strengthening services for refugee and immigrant communities, veterans, North Seattle communities and South Asian communities across the region.

The HealthierHere Community Hub is a free, confidential service that pairs King County residents with Community Based Workers (CBWs), who provide one-on-one support to help people navigate and connect to health and social resources, including food, health care, transportation, and more. All King County residents are eligible regardless of income, insurance, immigration, or housing status.

Each new partner brings deep roots in the communities they serve and extensive experience helping individuals and families overcome barriers to health and well-being.

Congolese Integration Network (CIN) is a community-led nonprofit based in South King County that serves refugees and immigrants, primarily from Sub-Saharan Africa. With staff who collectively speak 13 languages, CIN provides culturally grounded support that helps community members navigate services in the language and cultural context they know best.

Indian American Community Services (IACS), formerly known as the India Association of Western Washington, has served the Indian American community in the Pacific Northwest for more than three decades. Its comprehensive programs span every stage of life, offering services such as food assistance, rental support, mental health and wellness programs, career guidance, youth leadership, and senior services, all rooted in cultural understanding and community connection.

FamilyWorks has partnered with North Seattle families for more than 30 years to address food insecurity and economic inequities. Through its food bank, Family Resource Center, mobile services, and community partnerships, FamilyWorks reaches nearly 6,000 households each year with programs designed alongside the communities they serve.

Through these partnerships, Community Based Workers at CIN, IACS and FamilyWorks will accept referrals through the HealthierHere Community Hub and work alongside individuals and families to identify and access the resources that best meet their needs. Their organizations bring trusted relationships, lived experience, language access, and culturally responsive approaches that help ensure people receive support in ways that honor their unique backgrounds and circumstances.
