The Mid-point Assessment final report is now available. The assessment aims to evaluate the progress of Washington State's nine Accountable Communities of Health (ACHs). The report examines each region's work to transform the health care delivery system as part of the WA Medicaid Transformation (MTP). This includes efforts in King County by HealthierHere and its partners.

The Health Care Authority's Independent Assessor (IA), Myers and Stauffer, conducted assessment activities in 2019. Their draft report was then made available for public comment in mid-January. Comments are now available in the summary of public comments appendix of the final report.
