What are you most looking forward to working with HealthierHere and our partners?

I’m most looking forward to collaborating with HealthierHere and its partners to drive meaningful impact in the community. The opportunity to work with diverse stakeholders, align on strategic goals, and implement solutions that improve health outcomes is truly exciting. I’m eager to leverage my experience in relationship management and process optimization to enhance collaboration, streamline workflows, and support initiatives that create lasting change. Building strong partnerships and fostering alignment across teams will be key in ensuring successful execution, and I’m excited to contribute to that effort.

What drives your passion for this work?

My passion for this work is deeply personal. As a first-generation Mexican American who grew up in a low-income community, I’ve witnessed firsthand the challenges that many families face in accessing healthcare and essential resources. These experiences have fueled my commitment to creating meaningful change by improving systems, streamlining processes, and fostering strong partnerships that drive equitable solutions. I’m excited to bring my skills in project management, relationship-building, and strategic execution to support initiatives that make a tangible impact, ensuring that underrepresented communities receive the support and access they deserve.

What is something about you that others might not know?

Something that others might not know about me is that Valentine’s Day is my favorite holiday. I love that it serves as a reminder for people to slow down and intentionally show appreciation and support for their loved ones. In the midst of busy schedules, it’s a day that encourages meaningful connections and small gestures that make a big impact.
