What are you most looking forward to working with HealthierHere and our partners?

I most look forward to working with HealthierHere and partners in creating a culturally diverse environment to help plant the seeds of creating work streams that will benefit the community.

What drives your passion for this work?

What drives my passion for this work is the ability to use innovation and community partnership to co-create, engage, and build capacity. Understanding the disparities within my own community, I understand how this work could help educate, create, and build opportunities for Indigenous people to overcome the effects of colonization and health disparities.

What is something about you that others might not know? 

I love to sing. I learned many different things about language throughout my journeys and had many great teachers who taught me language through song.
