In 2024, our workgroup saw significant growth, with our membership more than doubling over the course of the year! As we look ahead to 2025, we want to ensure that all members, regardless of tenure, have the opportunity to co-design how the workgroup will evolve moving forward.
At our first meeting of the year on January 8th, from 9:30-10:45AM, participants will take part in several thought partnership and cocreation activities:
- Learn about the evolution of the NPWG: you’ll gain an understanding of how the workgroup has grown and adapted over time, and how it fits into the broader goals and activities of the HealthierHere Community Care Network.
- Propose new amendments to the NPWG Charter: members will have the opportunity to suggest updates or changes to the charter, ensuring it reflects our shared vision and priorities for 2025.
- Collaboratively build group norms: we’ll establish clear expectations for how we’ll work together, communicate, and support one another over the next year.
This meeting will lay the foundation for our February meeting, where we’ll finalize the 2025 NPWG charter and norms we established. Your voice, feedback, and input are invaluable to shaping the future of this workgroup—don’t miss out!

About the Network Partner Workgroup
Hearing from and sharing space with fellow community members only strengthens our collective work to achieve a healthier King County. As part of the Community Care Network’s learning and sharing spaces, the Network Partner Workgroup creates space for relationship building, gauging community needs, sharing community resources and care coordination innovations, and discussing needs related to the Community Information Exchange (CIE) and Connect2 technology. Meetings typically feature at least one organization highlighting their services in addition to input and guidance discussions. This open membership group is facilitated by HealthierHere staff.
Feedback, input, and community participation are invaluable to help create future workgroup meetings. If you are interested in learning more, sharing more about your organization, or uplifting a specific service/program during a future meeting, please reach out to Olivia Butkowski, Network Capacity Building Program Manager, at obutkowski@healthierhere.org.
