What are you most looking forward to working with HealthierHere and our partners?

I’m most excited about the opportunity to collaborate with HealthierHere and its partners to foster an inclusive, people-centered culture that drives both employee engagement and organizational success. With my background in human resources and people development, I look forward to helping align people strategies with HealthierHere’s mission, ensuring that leadership development, diversity, equity, and inclusion are at the forefront of our work. I’m particularly eager to contribute to initiatives that promote collaboration, support employee well-being, and create environments where individuals feel empowered to thrive and make a lasting impact.

What drives your passion for this work?

My passion for this work is driven by the belief that creating inclusive, supportive environments where people feel valued can truly transform an organization. I’ve seen firsthand how aligning people strategies with a company’s mission not only empowers individuals but also drives organizational success. What excites me most is the opportunity to advocate for diversity, equity, and inclusion while helping employees grow, thrive, and contribute meaningfully. Being able to shape positive work cultures and enhance employee experiences is what fuels my commitment to this field.

What is something about you that others might not know?

I enjoy traveling, exploring, and learning from different cultures. I’ve had the opportunity to visit 28 countries, each offering unique experiences and insights into diverse ways of life. Through these travels, I’ve gained a broader perspective on global issues, cultural diversity, and human connection. Whether it’s exploring historical landmarks, sampling local cuisines, or engaging with people from various backgrounds, travel has continuously expanded my understanding of the world. I look forward to visiting more countries in the future, as travel not only satisfies my curiosity but also enhances my personal and professional growth.
